Château de Vaux is located in a tiny AOC called Moselle, just over the Vosges mountains from Alsace near the border with Luxembourg (France's most northerly appellation).
In September of 1999, Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay purchased Château de Vaux and consolidated their vineyards and restored the cellar. This is their Moselle Blanc, an expressive, textural and stone-fruit driven white that is an absolute joy to drink.
