A great aligote from a fantastic winemaker. Working with bought fruit from across Burgundy, Boris Champy has made a lovely aligote perfect for pool or beachside drinking. It spends eleven months on lees, developing that trademark creaminess, without sacrificing liveliness. Drinks best as it warms up and stretches its limbs.
