A no-fuss Barossa shiraz that clocks in well below the usual 15% alcohol, for a fresher take on the often over-extracted examples from the region.

This predominantly comprises declassified parcels that were destined for single site bottlings. A blend of whole bunch, whole berry and destemmed batches come together after a year to form a cohesive whole of vibrant yet rich shiraz made for early and easy drinking.
