'A single vineyard, Kabinett-style Riesling from the second highest altitude Riesling vineyard in Victoria: mature, unirrigated and close-planted vines on the Whitlands high plateau.
This has pretty, spring floral aromatics with some more tropical complexity from two separate picking dates. Two thirds cool-fermented in tank and one third fermented in old hogshead without temperature control.
