Partida Creus is a small, traditional winery that produces a very limited quantity of wine with organically grown grapes. Started in 2007 by a couple of Italian architects from Piedmont, Antonella Gerosa and Massimo Marchiori, who, seeking a slower, more peaceful lifestyle, relocated to the quiet village of Bonastre. Their M.O. is working with native varieties, producing low yields and allowing the sites to speak their piece.
"With a fruit forward nose, cassis and soft Mediterranean herbs, this immediately invites in the cooler months. Mulberries & plums, warming and generous yet with drive and a line of tension running through it. Inky, rocky minerality. The brush of a kiss that leaves you wanting more. With air it becomes supple, yet still with the freshness and life one expects from Partida." — Note from the importer, Liz Carey
