Born in Veneto, Marco didn’t have aspirations to become a vigneron and trained in carpentry. Discovering the work of Rudolf Stein, the father of modern biodynamics, he moved to the Jura and began working as a cattle breeder and farming fruits and vegetables. In 2015, he returned to Veneto to begin his vinous pursuits informed by the biodynamic farming he had become well-versed in. His wines are crafted with drinkability a top priority and this cuvee is no exception. Fresh citrus and a zippy line of acid refresh, while a week’s skin contact adds a touch of grip.
