Gargunda is a beacon of freshness and vitality in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. Winemaker Stefano Menti Carries on the legacy of this estate that has it’s origins at the end of the 19th century. The new story at this address is far different from the one of old. The new purpose is all about exploring the potential of the vineyards they farm biodynamically, in search of unlocking the promise of their ancestral land. The wines are fermented using indigenous yeast, unfined, unfiltered and relatively untampered with.
This is wonderfully fresh and textural garganega that has a slightly cloudy hue from no filtration or fining in the winemaking. Can be slurped relentlessly at the house party or deeply pondered over dinner.
