To learn more about the process of winemaking, five cousins got together to produce their own Shiraz under the watchful eye of James Thomas from Heroes Vineyard. 

The fruit comes from an organically farmed and dry grown site near the township of Bannockburn, which was planted in 1974 by their grandfather. Everything is gentle in the process of making this wine and the result is a layered, distinctly cool climate Shiraz.
