Previously known as Les Chais du Vieux Bourg. The winery has completed a full conversion to 100% organic viticulture and believes the occasion deserves a modern name and label. Ludwig Bindernagel is known to his friends and colleagues as Lulu, so this affectionate nickname was the natural choice for the winery.

BB1 is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savignan from southern exposed sited in Poligny and Arlay. The wine is matured in old barrels for 15 months before bottling with barrels topped the whole time. A fresh lively example.
