Jean-Pascal Sarnin & Jean-Marie Berrux are a new-to-the-scene producer based in Burgundy’s Monthelie Region. The wines are farmed organically and practices in the winery are as natural as you can get.
This Bourgogne Blanc has a ginger spice edge to it, that is so intriguing that we found it very hard to put the glass down for more than fifteen seconds at a time. Medium-bodied and restrained, it is a blank canvas for making a great number of dishes sing, but we have recently loved it with Coq a Vin and roast pumpkin.
