Jono Hersey is the face of the French Wine Centre, importers of some of France’s great wines. He also oversees the winemaking at his vineyard where, inspired by the great chardonnay and pinot noir of Burgundy, he strives to make elegant and expressive renditions from Adelaide Hills.

At just six years old, this has evolved into a generous, smokey and deeply satisfying chardonnay. Start nice and cool to see its saline and mineral edges before it fills out into a slice of nutty, ripe stone fruit pie.
