Carefully crafted by the legendary Michael Glover, formally of Bannockburn wines in Geelong. Three different parcels of skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc: 1/3 fermented hot, 1/3 fermented cool and 1/3 carbo-blanc fermented. Herbal, honeysuckle, floral. A year in barrel, then removed to clean the barrel then returned for a total of 30months on oak. Burnt orange in both colour and aroma. Burnt butter, bee pollen, pineapple extract. Sherry-esque. Truly fascinating.
