Sinapius is located in the heart of the Pipers Brook in Northern Tasmania.  The original 2ha vineyard was purchased by Vaughn Dell and Linda Morice in 2005 at the tender age of 24. Vaughn passed suddenly in early 2020, leaving an unfillable hole in the hearts of his loved ones and the Australian wine community. Linda and their team continue to produce some of Tasmania’s finest wine in his absence. 

This is dimensional and generous Grüner that’s brimming with white pepper and tropical fruits and cut fresh by a pithy core of racy acidity.
