2019 was a very exciting for Patrick Sullivan as it marked yet another year of biodynamic farming resulting with very high fruit quality and allowing for a greater level of focus and the winery. From some of the oldest Cabernets vines in Victoria. Claret is a traditionally term used for Bordeaux in Britain. It can be traced back to the 12th century and is believed to be linked to the French term ‘clairet’. Clairet meaning a light red wine closer in character to Pinot Noir. This is our salute to this style achieve a wine of both mineral clarity and persistent strength.
