After a successful career as a sommelier and wine professional, James Erksine turned his attention to winemaking and through working with thoughtful farmers and reducing intervention has allowed Jauma's (pronounced yow-ma) wine to remain fresh and lively, whilst expressing earnestly the varied soils of McLaren Vale. 

Year after year we see improvements in this vineyard after organising organic conversion; more structure, less disease. Super fresh, vibrant, fuji apples, nashis and a light fizz.
